Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and meet the criteria set out below.
Downloadable products (such as videos) cannot be returned once sent or downloaded. Only defective digital files that cannot be accessed or used as intended may be considered for refund or exchange.

Gift cards and other digital content are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The digital product cannot be accessed or used due to technical issues for reasons not caused by the customer.
- Any download that is corrupted, incomplete, or unavailable after purchase.
Refunds
Once your return (or request for refund) is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a digital file for the same product due to technical issues, please email us at {email address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
